Terms of Service

1. The service

QRStatix provides QR code generation, redesign, AI-assisted artwork, dynamic redirect links, analytics and related tools. Free features are provided as-is without charge; premium features require an active subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use QR codes created on this platform for phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, illegal content, spam or deceptive redirects. We scan dynamic destinations against abuse lists and may disable codes that violate this policy without notice.

You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload (logos, photos, artwork) and to any QR code you redesign.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) via PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate.

If a subscription lapses, dynamic codes continue redirecting during a 30-day grace period so printed materials don't break; premium-only features are suspended until reactivation.

4. Your content & our IP

You own the QR codes and artwork you create, including AI-generated outputs, and may use them commercially. We own the platform, its software, design system and brand.

5. Service availability & liability

We target 99.9% uptime for dynamic redirects on Business and Enterprise plans (per SLA). The service is otherwise provided 'as is'; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
